The Vision of Gratiot Integrated Health Network is to serve as a leader in partnership with our community where everyone’s quality of life is valued, has meaning, and where each person is treated with dignity and respect.
Gratiot Integrated Health Network (as Gratiot Community Mental Health Authority) services board was established in 1966 as the first rural CMH board in the state of Michigan. Many people from all walks of life encounter problems or stressors with which they may need help. Gratiot IHN is staffed by professionals ready to assist you. Our staff includes trained and licensed social workers, case managers, support coordinators, psychiatrists, therapists,
nurses, and community support staff.
